Late Princess Mrs. Roselyn Bassey Sambo  John Mfon Ekpiken, a respected society changer in Calabar, Cross Rivers State and Grand  Marian Medalist of the Catholic Faith was  laid to rest March 2019.

Friends and relatives from across the country were in Calabar to bid the grand lady whose life as mother, banker, business woman, mentor and grandmother, touched many lives. From Ilorin, Abja, Port Harcourt, Asaba and Lagos, friends and colleagues gathered to stand by the distinguished daughter of this great woman, Chief Prof Lady Roibito Ekpiken-Ekanem . 

Late Princess Mrs. Roselyn Bassey Sambo  John Mfon Ekpiken is survived by four children, Prof. Lady Roibito Ekpiken-Ekanem, John Ekpiken, Mr. Patrick Effiong Ekpeyong Bassey and Mr. Augustine Bassey Ekpenyong Bassey.
